Stalexport S.A. informs that it received, from the company Stalexport SA-Centrostal Warszawa SA ( Stalexport?s subsidiary in 87.90%), an information about concluding, in June-August 2004, a contract with the company ?HOCHTIEF POLSKA? Sp z o.o.
The contract, regarding reinforcement prefabrication, amounts in total to ca 14 m zlotys.
This amount includes also the value of the contract, according to our report no 55/2004 of 13.07.2004, of 9 m zlotys.
The contracts cover one year and the payments will made monthly.
