He Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 01.08.2004 a Factoring Agreement with Bank PKO BP SA was signed. The value of the Agreement amounts to ca 20 m zlotys.
On the basis of this Agreement, the Bank will acquire the liabilities of Stalexport SA resulting from the invoices with date of payment: August ? September 2004.
