Fulfilling the condition

Referring to the report no 58/2004 dated 22.07.2004 regarding the agreement of sale of shares of the company ?Złomhut? Sp. z o.o. - Stalexport S.A. informs that on 30.07.2004 the suspending condition, to the agreement of the sale of shares of the company Przedsiębiorstwo Przerobu i Obrotu Złomem ?Złomhut? Sp. z o.o. with seat in Bodzechów - concluded on 21.07.2004 by Celsa ?Huta Ostrowiec? Sp. Z o.o. in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski and Stalexport S.A. in Katowice, was fulfilled.
As a result of this, Celsa ?Huta Ostrowiec? acquired the title of property of 17 426 shares of the company, constituting 65,45 % of its equity.
