Supervisory Board of the Company

In connection to the reports of June 17th 2005 regarding resignation of a Member of the Supervisory Board and of June 26th 2005 regarding the XII Annual GSM including changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board - the Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that at its first meeting the Board changed its composition, i.e. on July 7th has appointed the Mr. Tadeusz Włudyka its new Chairman.

In addition fulfilling information obligations the Company makes public CVs of the newly appointed Members of the Supervisory Board: Mr. Bohdan Wyżynkiewicz and Mr. Jacek Legutko.

Bohdan Wyznikiewicz:
Ph.D. in economics (1984, University of Warsaw). Lecturer at Warsaw College of Economics and guest lecturer at Warsaw University, Department of Economics (since 1994). Vice-president of the Gdansk Institute for Market Economics, a leading Polish think-tank. Former president of the Central Statistical Office in Warsaw (1991-1992). Expert of the Sejm (Polish Parliament), UOKIK (Antimonopoly Office), Warsaw Stock Exchange and various other organizations. Program Director of the Polish Council of Finance Directors of the Conference Board Europe. Member of the supervisory board of WGI SA (Warsaw Investment Group). Co-founder and vice-president of the Association of Polish Economists (TEP). Fields of interest: macroeconomic analysis, national accounts, business cycles, income distribution and entrepreneurship.

Does not conduct any competitive activity towards the Company. Does not participate in any competitive enterprise as partner of any company nor is member of managing or supervisory body of any other competitive legal person.
Is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors recoded in compliance with the KRS act.

Jacek Legutko:
Graduate of the Academy of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Foreign Trade (1988). Since 2002 Director of the Department of Restructuring of Bank Handlowy SA in Warsaw.
