New member of the Management Board

The Company STALEXPORT S.A. informs that on the meeting held on July 6th 2005 the Supervisory Board of STALEXPORT SA appointed Mrs. Urszula Dzierżoń  "Commercial Director"  to the position of Member of the Management Board of STALEXPORT SA. The position shall be taken over beginning from August 1st 2005.
From that day Mrs. Dzierżoń shall cease to hold position of Procurist of the Company.

Mrs. Urszula Dzierżoń:

Graduate of the Academy of Economics in Katowice, Faculty of Trade, Transportation & Services. Professional carrier since 1977 connected with the company STALEXPORT SA started from junior trader and has climbed through all positions within the managerial hierarchy of the company. Jan. 1st 2003 appointed Commercial Director & Procurist at STALEXPORT SA.

Mrs. Urszula Dzierżoń is Chairman of the Supervisory Boar of the company Stalexport Serwis Centrum SA Katowice and Member of the Supervisory Boar of the company Invest Centrostal Warszawa Sp. z o.o.

Does not conduct any competitive activity towards the Company. Does not participate in any competitive enterprise as partner of any company nor is member of managing or supervisory body of any other competitive legal person.
Is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors recoded in compliance with the KRS act.
