Report No. 25/2021 - Receipt of notification of acquisition of a large block of shares

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter: the Company) hereby informs that on 31 March 2021 the Company received from Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych PZU SA (Investment Fund Company PZU SA) with its registered office in Warsaw, acting for and on behalf of investment funds managed, i.e.:

1) PZU Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty Parasolowy [PZU Open Umbrella Investment Fund];
2) inPZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty [inPZU Specialist Open Investment Fund];
3) PPK inPZU Specjalistyczny Fundusz Inwestycyjny Otwarty [PPK inPZU Specialist Open Investment Fund];

a notification referred to in Art. 69 (1)(1) and Art. 87 (1)(2)(a) of the Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies (hereinafter: Notification).
