Emil WĄSACZ - General Director – President
He obtained the title of an engineer at the Electrical Department at the Lódz Polytechnic; a graduate of Post-diploma Studies of the Warsaw Polytechnic and the Warsaw School of Economics.
He began his professional career in 1969 in the company Apator – Torun at the post of a design engineer and next head of the team.
In years 1971-1976 he was the head of the team in the Research-Development Center of Drive Control Devices in Torun.
Since 1976 he was employed in Katowice Steelworks where in years 1991-1994 performed the function of the President of the Management Board.
In years 1994-1995 as an Advisor of the President was connected with Bank Slaski, Bank Pekao and STALEXPORT SA.
In years 1995-1997 he was the President of the Management Board of Szczecin Steelworks. He resigned from this function as he was appointed to work in NFI Progress at the post of the President of the Management Board.
From 1997 until August 2000 he worked as the Minister of Treasury.
Since 2000 President of the Management Board, General Manager of STALEXPORT AUTOSTRADY S.A. (previously – STALEXPORT S.A.)

Mieczysław SKOŁOŻYŃSKI - Vice-President of the Management Board Financial Director
Mieczyslaw Skolozynski, completed the studies in 1977 with a diploma of the Master of Science degree at the Main School of Planning and Statistics at the Faculty of Finance and Statistics. He aslo completed numerous Polish and foreign seminars and trainings in the range of banking and finances.
He began his professional career in 1977 in the Head office of Bank Handlowy S.A. in Warsaw. Since 1983 he was employed in Bank Polska Kasa Opieki S.A. in Warsaw .
In the years 1988-1994-n the branch of the bank in Paris.
From 1994 to 2000 he worked in the Head office of Bank PKO S.A. in Warsaw as an advisor of the President (1994-1995), from February 1995- until April 2000 - a member of the Management Board responsible for the cash economy, after privatization in the year 1999 he is in charge of the corporate and international division.
Special achievements and professional experience:
In years 1996-1998 he participated in the process of constructing the bank group and next in the effective merger of four banks comprising the Pekao S.A. group. Since 1998 he actively participates in the privatisation of Bank Pekao S.A. For many years he has been a member of the Polish Association of Bank Dealers Fortex Polska.
Joined Stalexport Autostrady SA (previously Stalexport SA) in 2001. Appointed as Vice-President of the Management Board and CFO of the Company. Responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations.

Wojciech GĘBICKI - Vice-President of the Management Board
Wojciech Gębicki graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics in Warsaw and from the prestigious French MBA school INSEAD (with distinction). Before joining Stalexport Autostrady S.A. he had been involved for many years in the financing of large infrastructure projects in Central and Eastern Europe. During 1990s he worked in London in EBRD, West Merchant Bank and Credit Lyonnais. In years 1999-2001 he was Vice-President of the Management Board of Autostrada Wielkopolska S.A., where he negotiated a EUR 1 billion financial closing of the first section of A2 toll motorway.. That project was successfully implemented with significant participation of the EIB and aconsortium of international commercial banks. Wojciech Gębicki is a citizen of both Poland and the United Kingdom.
