Stalexport Autostrady S.A. is the leader of the dynamically developing Capital Group, focusing its activity on construction and exploitation of motorways. The Company is listed at Warsaw Stock Exchange. The main domain of the company and the whole Capital Group is: the exploitation of the A4 motorway section Katowice - Kraków, adapting of the other existing sections of motorway to the standards of toll motorway as well as winning and executing the contracts for construction and exploitation of the successive motorway projects. The pillars of the Capital Group of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. are: Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A., holding the concession for exploitation of A4 motorway Katowice-Kraków, Stalexport Transroute Autostrada S.A., the technical operator of this section and Stalexport Autostrada Dolnośląska S.A., which participates in the key new motorway tenders in Poland. Thanks to its strategic investor Stalexport Autostrady S.A. is a part of the international Capital Group of Atlantia, which manages the network of over 3400 km of motorways in the whole world.
