The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady SA informs that the Supervisory Board of the Company, according to its competences defined in the Company`s Charter, decided to entrust the company KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. with the examination of the financial reports of the Company and the consolidated financial reports of Stalexport Autostrady Capital Group for the year 2008.

The company KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. has its seat in Warsaw, at Chlodna 51 and it is recorded on the list of entities entitled to examine the financial reports under No. 458.

The company KPMG Audyt Sp. z o.o. carried out the examination of the individual financial reports of Stalexport Autostrady SA and the consolidated financial reports of the Capital Group in the years 1994-2001 and in 2007.
