The SB member sells the shares

The Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that on 19.01.2007 it received an information that one of the members of the Supervisory Board disposed of all held shares of STALEXPORT S.A. i.e. 30,000 shares at the price of 4.27 zloty per one share.
On the basis of the § 3 section 2 of the Decree of the Finance Minister dated 15.11.2005 on the disclosure of information on some transaction in financial instruments (?) the person who is the member of the Supervisory Board did not agree to disclose his personal data.
