The company declares that it accepted to observe the rule no 14 of the modified rules of Best practices in oublic companies in 2005". The company also amended the Company's Charter, the Regulations of the General Meeting accordingly. The Apporopriate decisions were taken in this respect by XII OGSM of Stalexport S.A. on 23.06.2005.
