The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 06.06.2007 received from the proxy of the company Autostrade S.p.A. a notification about the change of the name for Atlantia S.p.A.
Currently Atlantia S.p.A. (previous name Autostrade S.p.A.) holds 34,159,378 shares of Stalexport S.A., which constitutes 21.65 % in the stock capital of the company.
