In reference to report No.83 of 20th November 2003 - the Agreement to sell the shares of the Dziedzice Metal Rolling Section in favour of Impexmetal SA - the Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that as a result of meeting all conditions, the agreement was effected and the ownership of shares was transferred in favour of Impexmetal.
