Report no. 13 - Number of dividend paying stocks

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered seat in Mysłowice (hereinafter: the Issuer or the Company) hereby advises that on 4 April 2018 the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted the resolution on apportionment of net profit for turnover year 2017 allocating PLN 71,705,986.67 (say: seventy one million seven hundred five thousand nine hundred eighty six zlotys sixty seven groszy) for payment of dividend, i.e. PLN 0.29 (say: twenty nine groszy) per one share.

At the same time, the Issuer advises that:

1)    the number of dividend paying stocks is 247,262,023 (two hundred forty seven million two hundred sixty two thousand twenty three)
2)    the dividend date is 18 April 2018;
3)    the dividend payment date is 18 May 2018.
