The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs that on May 14th, 2009 the Supervisory Board of the Company passed the resolution on appointing Mr Wojciech Gębicki to be the member of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. ? the Vice-President of the Management Board of the Company. He will be responsible for the development of the company and the control of the subsidiary companies.
The newly appointed member of the Management Board
- does not conduct other activity beyond the enterprise of the Issuer, being in competition to the activity of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.
- does not participate in any competitive company as the partner in civil company, personal company or a member of the body of stock company as well as
- does not participate in any other competitive legal entity as the member of its body.
Wojciech Gębicki is not registered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors as provided under the Law of National Court Register.
