Report no 10 - Condition of the Agreement fulfilled

Referring to the Report no 8/2011 dated 9 June 2011 on entering Into the Consent and Waiver Letter related to A4 project, the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. informs the public that one of the conditions precedent to obtain the Financing Banks consent to increase the share capital of Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. has been fulfilled: on 20 July 2011 a letter of intent of Autostrade per l'Italia S.p.A. has been submitted to Financing Banks (condition precedent included in paragraph 2) of above-mentioned Report No 8/2011).
