Report No. 16/2020 - Resignation of a member of the Supervisory Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter referred to as: “the Company”) in accordance with §5 (4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-Member State, hereby informs that on 20 March 2020 Mr. Aleksander Galos resigned from the position of a member of the Company's Supervisory Board with effect from 26 March 2020, for reasons referred to in the article 129 (3)(8) of the Act of 11 May 2017 on statutory auditors, auditing firms and public supervision (Dziennik Ustaw [Polish Journal of Laws] of 2019, item 0.1421).

Mr. Aleksander Galos is a member of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee of the Company's Supervisory Board.
