Payment for the benefit of minor creditors

The Management Board of Stalexport SA informs that within the framework of executing the arrangement proceedings the company paid on 25.06.2003 the third instalment (out of four quaterly instalments) for the benefit of minor creditors in the total amount of 443.428,58 zlotys.
