New warehouse of Stalexport SA

The Management Board of STALEXPORT SA informs that on 3.09.2004 Stalexport S.A. received an agreement concluded with Centrostal Rzeszów S.A. . It regarded the leasing of the real estate located in Rzeszów, 11 Boya-Żeleńskiego Str., with area of 16 756 m2. The agreement comes into force as from 1.09.2004.
The real estate consists of the buildings with 3397 sq. m. located in Rzeszów and a piece of land of 12650 sq. m.
Stalexport intends to set up a new warehouse there, which will enable storing and selling of steel products, mainly sheets, bars and profiles.
It will be the 10th warehouse of Stalexport S.A., the biggest in the south-east Poland.
Usage fee for the real estate is depended on the amount of revenues achieved by Stalexport S.A. in virtue of the activity conducted on this real estate.
