The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 15.06.2005 was notified about the Mr Zbigniew Szałajda`s resignation, due to personal reasons, from the participation in the Supervisory Board of the Company STALEXPORT S.A., as from 14.06.2005.
Mr Zbigniew Szałajda was the member of the Supervisory Board of STALEXPORT S.A.
