Liquidation of the company PETROSTAL S.A.
The Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. informs that it received from the company PETROSTAL S.A. Warszawa - 100 % subsidiary company of STALEXPORT S.A. an information about entering a liquidation of the company Petrostal S.A. to the Domestic Judicial Register by District Court for the city of Warsaw , XXII Economic Department , as from 06.02.2006.
Krzysztof Klepacki was appointed the liquidator of the company PETROSTAL S.A.
