The Management Board of Stalexport S.A. informs that on 7th June 2006 the Company received the Leasing agreement concluded between STALEXPORT S.A. and PEKAO LEASING Sp. z o. o. in Warsaw. The line for production of reinforcement for building industry is the subject of the leasing agreement.
Net price of the leasing line amounts to 1,524,120 zloty.
According to the agreement it will be repaid in 48 monthly instalments.
The criterion of recognising the agreements as the significant ones is the value of these agreements subject, which exceeds 10 % of the shareholders equity of the issuer.
