Referring to the report no 43 dated 16.05.2007 the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. makes known that the company was informed that the bid submitted in the a/m tender by the Consortium, comprising among others the company Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska S.A. (Stalexport Autostrady S.A. subsidiary company in 100% ) was not approved for execution.
