Dates of publishing financial reports

The Management Board of STALEXPORT S.A. declares that the quarterly and semi-annual financial reports for 2006 will be made up on the basis art. 56 passage 1 point 2 of the Act on public offer current and periodical information, as the expanded reports. They will comprise shortened quarterly and semi annual financial reports, together with the information determined in § 87 and in § 98 of the Decree of Finance Minister on the current and periodical information published by the securities issuers.

The Management Board of the Company informs that the reports will be published as follows:

Expanded consolidated report for IVth quarter 2005 - on 28th February 2006 ( determined in report no 3/2005)

The expanded consolidated quarterly reports in 2006:

• Ist quarter 2006 - on 15th May 2006
• IInd quarter 2006 - on 11th August 2006
• IIIrd quarter 2006 - on 14th November 2006
• IVth quarter 2006 - on 28th February 2007

The expanded consolidated semi-annual report 2006 - on 30th October 2006

The dates of publishing the annual reports will be announced in a separate current report according to the provisions of the Decree of the Finance Minister.
