According to the decision of the Securities and Stock Exchange Committee no DIA/S/416/16/05 of 17.05.2005 - STALEXPORT SA informs that the own share of STALEXPORT S.A. were transferred, beyond the regulatd market, for the benefit of parties being the shareholders of STALEXPORT CENTROSTAL Warszawa SA.
The announcement was published all-Polish edition of "Gazeta Wyborcza" dated 18.10.2005.
