In H1 2021, the Stalexport Autostrady Capital Group recorded very good financial results. Both revenue and net profit has increased compared to the corresponding period of the previous year. This is due to less stringent restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic than in the year prior and, therefore, a higher level of traffic on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway, among other factors.

Lower traffic intensity on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway resulted in lower sales revenue, but higher net profit due to lower Payments to the State Treasury. The year 2020 also saw further development of automatic, contactless and safe payment methods for drivers.

Starting from 1 October 2020, Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska SA is planning to change the toll rate on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway for category 1 vehicles. In the application submitted to the General Director for National Roads and Motorways, the concessionaire also informs about the intention to maintain the preferential rate for drivers of passenger cars using automatic payments. For the Stalexport Autostrady Capital Group, 2019 was marked by an increase in sales revenue and a decrease in net profit related to payments to the State Treasury. The most important events of the previous year include: payment of dividends to the shareholders of Stalexport Autostrady S.A., total prepayment by Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska of the remaining debt under a long-term loan agreement to finance the A4 Katowice-Kraków project.

New Year brings lower toll rates on A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway 30 December 2019
This Wednesday, 1 January 2020, the preferential toll rates for A4 Katowice-Kraków for drivers using automatic payment methods will come into force. Autopay, A4Go and Telepass users will save from 3 to 5 zlotys on each toll gate, depending on the vehicle category. The toll rate for passenger cars will go down by 30 percent.
