The Concessionaire of the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway has applied to the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) for permission to change toll rates for all vehicle categories. 29 April 2022
Passenger car drivers who pay using the application or A4Go will still be able to travel cheaper - the toll rate will be the same as in 2015.

Lower traffic intensity on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway resulted in lower sales revenue, but higher net profit due to lower Payments to the State Treasury. The year 2020 also saw further development of automatic, contactless and safe payment methods for drivers.

Starting from 1 October 2020, Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska SA is planning to change the toll rate on the A4 Katowice-Kraków motorway for category 1 vehicles. In the application submitted to the General Director for National Roads and Motorways, the concessionaire also informs about the intention to maintain the preferential rate for drivers of passenger cars using automatic payments.
