Second announcement of the intention to merge with another comapny

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. announces for the second time  the intention to merge  with Stalexport Autostrada Dolnoslaska S.A.
Taking into consideration the fact that the Company holds all shares of SAD, the merger of Companies by acquisition SAD by Stalexport Autostrady is to be held without increasing the share capital of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.
