The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with its registered seat in Mysłowice
(hereinafter: Company) implementing the duties resulting from § 84.1 of the Regulation of the Minister
of Finance of 6 June 2025 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on
conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized
as equivalent (hereinafter: Regulation) discloses the dates of publishing interim reports in 2026:

1. Separate and consolidated statements FY 2025 will be published on 4 March 2026;

2. Consolidated quarterly reports will be published as follows:
• report for 1Q 2026 on 14 May 2026,
• report for 3Q 2026 on 12 November 2026;

3. Consolidated statement for 1H 2026 will be published on 30 July 2026.

Moreover, in accordance with § 83.2 of the above mentioned Regulation, the Company informs that
will not publish consolidated report for 2Q 2026 and consolidated report for 4Q 2026.

At the same time the Company states that in accordance to § 63.1 of the Regulation separate quarterly
reports will not be published. Consolidated quarterly reports will include abbreviated quarterly
consolidated financial statements and quarterly financial information.

In accordance with § 63.3 of the Regulation the Company will not publish separate half-year report.
