Report No. 22/2018

The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. with the registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter: Issuer) informs that there was a writing mistake in the report No. 21/2018.

The sentence “Currently, for vehicles of categories 2, 3, a discount is applied on the above mentioned toll rate (i.e. PLN 30), amounting to PLN 10.” should sound:

“Currently, for vehicles of categories 2, 3, a discount is applied on the above mentioned toll rate (i.e. PLN 30), amounting to PLN 12.”

Article 17.1 of Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council EU No. 596/2014 of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC, and 2004/72/EC.
