The Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A., with its registered office in Mysłowice (hereinafter: "Stalexport Autostrady S.A." or the "Issuer"), informs that the deposit agreement between the Issuer and The Bank of New York Mellon dated July 3, 1998, under which The Bank of New York Mellon, as the issuer of depositary receipts, operated a depositary receipt issuance program outside the territory of Poland in connection with the Issuer's shares, was terminated on June 4, 2025.

Legal basis: § 18(1) and §18(2) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing information required by the laws of a non-member state as equivalent.
