Payment concerning a reduction in the share capital of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.

Important information

Stalexport Autostrady S.A. wishes to clarify that the planned payment to shareholders of PLN 0.74 per share stems from Resolution No. 3 of the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 5 August 2026 concerning a reduction in the share capital and does not constitute a dividend payment. The Company refutes media reports which cite 5 February 2027 as the date of payment. The record date for eligible shareholders and the payment date will be determined in accordance with the rules set out in the aforementioned resolution, following the completion of the procedure required by law – of which the market will be informed in accordance with applicable regulations.
