Report No. 19/2019 - Information concerning Supervisory Board members appointed by the Company’s Ordinary General Meeting on 3 April 2019 (supplementing information)

Supplementing report no. 15/2019 the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the Issuer or as the Company), informs that none of the Supervisory Board members of the Company runs other activities outside the Issuer’s enterprise, which is competitive in relations to the activities performed in the Company’s enterprise, as well as none of the Supervisory Board members of the Company participates in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership or as a member body of a company or participates in any legal person as a member of its body.

• 5(5) and §10 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 20 April 2018 on current and periodic information transmitted by issuers of securities and on the conditions of considering as equivalent the information required under provisions of the law of a state other than a Member State.
